  • How do I know if my order is placed?
    Once you place an order on the website, you'll shortly receive a email confirmation that the order has been paid and placed.
  • When can I come and get my order?
    Once you receive an email that your order is ready for pick up, please pop by anytime during our open hours. ( Open 7 days a week- 8:00 am - 10:00 pm). Please pick up your order within this week.
  • I did not get the right order, what do I do?"
    You can give us a call at 709-753-1919 or come to 330 Lemarchant Rd and the staff will take care of any concerns that you have.
  • How do I become a vendor?
    Please find the vendor tab and fill out all the fields.
  • When is shipping available?
    We are actively in the process of sorting out our shipping details. It will be coming soon!
  • Do you have gift cards?
    We do! Our gift cards are physical cards. so if you order one online, you would need to pick up the card in-store. We did offer online gift cards, but due to complications, we do not offer them anymore.
  • One of the items I ordered was out of stock.
    If one of your items is out of stock, we can either refund that item or substitute it for something else.
  • Do you offer custom baskets?
    Yes, we do! You can order a custom basket via the basket section of our website or chat with an employee via email or phone to arrange it.
