Pick-up & Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer both pick-up and local delivery for local delivery options as well as Canada-wide shipping. Once we receive an order confirmation email, we will start to process the order. You will then receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up or will be delivered as soon as one of our carriers becomes available. For Canada Wide parcels your parcel will be delivered via Canada post. A shipping number will be provided to you upon shipment of the package.

Order Pick-Up Policy
All online orders must be picked up within 3 months of ordering. If items are not picked up within this time frame you are releasing the items without refund.
